1. Scope of Digital Solutions
Nexbyte provides website design & development, website redesign, custom POS software, ERP systems, and industry-specific management platforms. Each custom project is executed based on an agreed Statement of Work (SOW) outlining milestones, features, and pricing.
2. Software Licensing & Intellectual Property
For ready-made software products licensed through Nexbyte, licenses grant the purchaser the non-exclusive right to operate the software on designated machines as specified in the product tier. For custom software builds, client intellectual property and code ownership terms are governed by the specific project contract upon full payment of agreed milestones.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing necessary brand assets, written content, technical specifications, and timely feedback during development phases.
4. Warranties & Support
We stand behind our code quality. All custom web and software builds include a post-launch warranty period to resolve any software bugs or unintended errors. Ongoing maintenance and feature expansions are provided under dedicated service agreements.
